Production Line Introduction

121 Cabinet production line, including board feeding system, board labeling system, board conveying system, board processing system, finished product automatic sorting system and waste collecting system. The production line has the following advantages: one labeling machine can service two cutting machines, and one robot is used for receiving materials. One person can control two to three production lines, which greatly saves labor, the label can be rotated, and can be manually monitored. One line can process 300 large boards a day. 121 cabinet production line is the company's patented products.

Production Line Workflow

1.Under the control of the central control system, the board to be processed are sent from the board feeding system to the board surface processing system, 

2.Auto labeling according to the number and position of the board in the board surface processing system. then push the labeled board out of the conveyor system

3.The central control system controls its conveying direction.

4.The board to be processed is sent to the corresponding board processing system to do the processing, milling, drilling or cutting of the board.

5.The processed board is sent to the finished product automatic sorting system 11, and the panels is sorted and collected by the robot, then transport to the next process or placed in the material storage.

6.After the automatic sorting of the plates is completed, the remaining materials are processed by waste material collection system.
