We usually introduce our machine as heavy-duty nesting machine, what is heavy-duty means and how will it effect the performance? Let me introduce to you. The machine body of our machine all use steel welded, the steel thickness we use is up to 8mm. Take an example of our 7by9 ft nesting machine, the weight itself is up to 5 tons, It provides a solid foundation for the stability of the machine. Machine table has double layout structure, the layout on the top is used for vacuum suction. It has air storage chanber. It can create a low-pressure gas chamber by emptying the air inside the storage chamber through the vacuum, and then press the board firmly on the table top by atmospheric pressure. All the machine body we process at our own machining workshop, which means we can control the quality ourselves, make sure each structure is meet our standard.
