The load on linear guides is not a fixed value, but is influenced by various factors. Firstly, the configuration of the linear guide can be horizontal or vertically fixed, resulting in significant differences in the load capacity of the linear guide slider. Horizontal linear guides have a stronger load capacity. The use of guide pressure blocks can ensure that the reference surface of the guide and the mounting surface are always tightly together, effectively ensuring the parallelism of the guide.
